Sports Maintenance Massage – £35 for 60 minutes and £20 for 30 minutes
Following the initial introduction and assessment visit, a maintenance massage is aimed to deal with any aches and pains or dysfunction and incorporates specific requirements raised by the client. A maintenance massage is the most frequent massage and is used by sports people at specific times in a training schedule.
Kinesiotaping can also be utilised to enhance this massage
Pre-event Massage – 15 minutes • Arranged on an individual basis with Graeme
A pre-event massage usually takes place at an event within two hours of the event starting. It is aimed at invigorating the muscles and is used in conjunction with a warm up to better aid the blood flow into the muscles. Graeme has his own portable couch and has the capacity to travel to events upon request.

Inter – event Massage – 30 minutes • Arranged on an individual basis with Graeme
Inter – event massages covers those massages needed between events which are hours or days apart. e.g. 3 Peaks challenge or rugby 7`s tournament etc. This massage deals with maintaining flexibility of the muscles and improving circulation to maintain performance.

Intra – event Massage – 30 minutes • Arranged on an individual basis with Graeme
Intra – event massages deal with massages within an event.

Post – event Massage – 1 hour • £35 for 60 minutes or £20 for 30 minutes
Post-event massages concentrate on recovery and repair following an event. Usually takes place within a few hours after the event and normally at the athlete’s home. Graeme has his own portable couch and equipment and the capability to travel upon request.

Bespoke Corporate Massages – Length and cost of massage can be arranged with Graeme
Bespoke massages for members of staff either at the workplace or at Falcon House. These types of massages cater for circumstances such as computer workers who may have dysfunction in the neck and shoulders from being sat at their desk or for manual workers who may have pain or discomfort through manual handling. This service is aimed at companies supporting their workforce`s welfare or rehabilitation back into the work place.
Swedish Massage – 60 minutes £35 or 30 minutes £20
Similar to the Sports Maintenance massage, but the techniques are more superficial in nature. A Swedish massage is more relaxing and uses long gliding strokes to ease the muscles.
